One Day Floor Coatings from Penntek
Our Penntek industrial coatings are perfect for driveways, showrooms, garage floors, warehouse settings, heavy traffic areas and more. We are able to provide one day installation with most applications! We offer a chip system in a variety of colors that is textured yet soft on bare feet. We have both solid color epoxy and polyurea for your industrial or residential applications. Our polyaspartic top coat is anti-bacterial and anti-microbial so it very easy to clean and won't allow anything to penetrate up or down. Penntek insudtrial coatings are cost-effective, user-friendly, and will endure the toughest conditions.

SINGLE DAY INSTALL
One of the biggest advantages of our Penntek Evolution System is that it is typically installed in a single day. Under most conditions, it will be fully cured and ready for vehicle traffic in just 24 hours!
CARE
Our blended array of seamless chip floor colors help camouflage dirt when needed, yet are easy to keep clean. The monolithic, nonporous floor means that oil, gas and other contaminants cannot penetrate the surface. This results in a floor that is easy to clean - just sweep and wash.

STEP 1
PREPARATION
Preparation includes shot blasting and/or diamond grinding. Proper preparation is paramount to acheiving the greatest possible adhesion. Dust is minimized by having all grinders hooked up to vacuum systems.
STEP 2
CONCRETE RECONSTRUCTION
Penntek menders and fillers are used to fix pits, cracks, and/or spalls that are present in the existing concrete floor before the coating process begins.
STEP 3
BASECOAT
Penntek's 100% solids, self-priming pure polyurea basecoat is mixed and applied, cutting in the edges first, then coating the remaining floor surface.
STEP 4
BROADCASTING THE CHIP
Immediately after the basecoat application, the chip is generously broadcast by hand providing both color and texture to the floor.
STEP 5
SCRAPING THE CHIP
Once the basecoat is fully cured, the floor is scraped to remove any loose or vertically standing flakes. The floor is then vacuumed to prepare it for the protective topcoat.
STEP 6
CLEAR COAT
The final step is to roll out the UV stable polyaspartic clear coat. After four to six hours, the newly coated floor can be walked on. After 24 hours, it can be returned to full use.
